BIOL 2210L Cell Biology & Immunology Lab

Students will perform experiments requiring culture and maintenance of cells study cell types fluorescence microscopy metabolism and isolate and characterize cell components and organelles. Protein Purification and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISAs) will also be performed.
