Graphic Design and Prepress Technician TCC (Major Code: GD21)

Program Description

As the price of computers drops and more and more companies move into the digital marketplace, there is a growing need for graphic designers. Students interested in pursuing entry-level positions in ad design, graphics for the web, or the creation of flyers and brochures would benefit from the Graphic Design and Prepress Technician Certificate program. Students will learn the basics of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and will receive a general introduction to design and preparing files for print.

Program Outcomes
