ICET 1170 Industrial Systems Analysis
The course is designed to enable the student to understand industrial plant processes and productions employing systems approach. Topics to be covered include subsystems analyses in cascade and parallel, plant floor management, strategic controls of human-human interactions and human-machine interactions, fundamental industrial system structure, statistical distributions and Taguchi quality control. Upon completion students should be able to analyze industrial plant subsystems, effectively manage industrial work processes and procedures.
