Georgia Re-Training Tax Credit
The Georgia Business Expansion Support Act provides a number of tax credits for various job creation, investment, retraining, machinery acquisition and similar activities for expanding businesses. The objective of the retraining tax credit section of the act is to foster the profitability and competitiveness of Georgia's existing industry by encouraging workforce training and development through tax incentives to stay on the cutting of edge of technology and management systems.
