Business Technology Diploma
Program Description (Major Code: BA22)
This program provides the necessary knowledge and skills to compete in today's business environment. The program is designed to provide extensive "hands-on" training with today's most popular software programs included in Microsoft Office programs. Basic office administration skills are also incorporated into the program including business communication, general office, customer service, office management, and executive assistant qualifications and technology innovations for the office. Also provided are opportunities to upgrade present knowledge and skills or to retrain in the area of business administrative technology.
Admissions Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Completion of high school or GED and submission of official transcript required to apply
- Achievement of minimum program admission scores in Reading, English, and Math
- Transfer of previous post-secondary credits will be determined by the Office of Enrollment Services
Student Performance/Graduation Requirements: Students must maintain a 2.0 grade point average and complete all required courses to graduate.
